The 2-day excursion from Antalya to Cappadocia includes a full insurance and transfers. All transfers are made with a comfortable and fully air conditioned bus. In addition, the price includes a one night accommodation in a hotel in Cappadocia, as well as breakfast and dinner served at the hotel’s restaurant. Guiding services by a professional guide are also included. Please note that, lunch, drinks, entrance fees, extra activities while in Cappadocia, and personal expenses are not included in the price. On the first day, you will visit many sites of religious and historical importance. Moe precisely, you will visit the Saratli Kirkgoz underground city. This underground complex has multiple floors, halls, corridors and rooms to explore. A stop will also take place at Canavansarai, a roadside inn found along the infamous Silk Road that was a hub for traders and travellers during the previous centuries. Another interesting stop will take place at the Mevlava Museum. During your time there, you will have the chance to observe the mausoleum of Mevlana Jelaleddin Rumi. Day 1 finishes during the afternoon when you reach the hotel, and then you are free to spend your evening as you wish. During the second day of this excursion you will tour around some of the region’s most notable valleys. The schedule includes visits at Devrent, Pasabag, Goreme and Pigeon Valleys, where you can see the imposing lunar landscape of Cappadocia and the fairy chimneys. For panoramic views you will visit Uchisar Castle, which is the highest point in the area. Furthermore, you will stop at Cavusin village where you can walk around and observe houses carved into the rocks. As this is a 2-day excursion in Cappadocia with an overnight stay, you will need to bring extra clothes. Please remember that you will need light clothes and comfortable shoes in order to be able to walk freely without problems. Due to the high temperatures, you might also need a hat, sunglasses and a sun cream. Do not forget your camera as Cappadocia’s landscapes are spectacular. Cappadocia is famous for hosting hot air balloon flights, during the sunrise. This activity is not included in the schedule, but if you are interested the professional tour guide can arrange the flight for you at an extra cost. In case you wish to join, the flight can be booked for the early morning hours of your second day in Cappadocia, before the breakfast.
